Our approach is centered on you. From discovering your lifestyle, goals, and budget to the final walk-through, we are with you every step of the way.

DESIGN PHASES

The following phases will help you understand our process.

PHASE ONE

~ Schedule a visit to the project location.

~ Confirm project goals and scope of work.

~ Review existing conditions, obtain field measurements and pictures.

~ A verbal rough estimate of the project cost will be given.

PHASE TWO

~ Schedule a showroom appointment with our Interior Designer.

~ One on one collaboration with our designer to create a project budget and make selections.

~ A $500.00 down payment** will be required to schedule your job and begin the design process.

PHASE THREE

~ Your selections will be used to develop your design.

~ A computerized 3D design will be created and developed utilizing your project selections.

PHASE FOUR

~ Our designer will schedule an appointment in the showroom to review the design and estimate proposal.

~ Approve and sign the final contract (down payment required at this time).

PHASE FIVE

~ Provide you with final construction documents.

~ Your selection of project materials will be ordered.

~ Demolition and installation.
